03 Account Management

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST will be processed on the next business day.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bd332 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions have been met in full. The specific rollover multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
